Velocity Powerboats wants everyone to be able to browse our boats, check specs, find a dealer and reach us through this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

What standard does this website follow?

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Those guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Consortium and cover things like color contrast, text alternatives for images, keyboard access, form labels and page structure.

Every page on this site includes a skip link that jumps straight past the menu to the main content, a single main landmark, and labeled form fields. We check pages with automated testing against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at Levels A and AA, and we fix what we find.

What are we still working on?

Some content on this site comes from other companies. Embedded YouTube videos, Google Maps and the reCAPTCHA check on our forms are run by Google, and their accessibility depends on how Google builds them. Older photo galleries and race results may also have gaps we have not reached yet.

If you find something we missed, we would rather hear about it than have you give up on the page. Automated tools only catch part of the picture, so reports from real visitors matter.

How do you report an accessibility problem?

Call (877) 354-1159, email sales@velocityboats.com, or use our contact page. Tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do and what got in the way. If it helps, mention the browser and any assistive technology you use.

If you need information from a page you cannot use, such as specs for a model or dealer contact details, ask and we will get it to you in another format while we fix the page.
